Angela and Jim contacted us after seeing our story on the news in July for the Letters for CDH project. They had just received their CDH diagnosis and were happy to find a personal connection with CDH close by. They have had a special place in our hearts since then as we know only too well what they are going through right now. They are in the best of hands though!
